Wonderful place to live. The team at Cade is amazing! Youlande, The Property Manager has helped me every step of the way during the leasing process and during move-in . Being in a different state, never seeing my new townhome was a gamble. But working with Youlande, I knew I was in good hands. She kept constant communication, and I could always count on her or Stephanie ( the Leasing Manager ) for help if I had any questions. Moving from another state can be really stressful, but it really wasn't ...
thanks to the team at Cade. As soon as I arrived Youlande and Stephanie greeted me and truly felt welcomed, and knew right then I had made the right choice. Within a few minutes of stepping into my home for the first time, the Maintenance Manager Jose, introduced himself . The facilities are pristine, I love the landscaping; the palm trees and the beautiful yellow flowers that match the happy yellow hues of the buildings are gorgeous. Coming from a busy city in the Northeast, I in awe at how quiet it is here. Best of all I love my new home and as a bonus I feel like I also made 3 new friends.
