October 12, 2022This is my experience. I only gave 2 stars because maintenance is awesome. Neighbor plays loud music all day and night. Reported it to the office but of course nothing done about it. Cant sleep, can't work from home in peace. I won't even complain about the weed smoke. When my lease is up I'm running away fast. Your experience may be different who knows. Pest problem
April 5, 2022They definitely have roaches here and exterminator will not come to assess the problem. Neighbors are noisy at night and right now no one has any hot water, going on 4 days now. If you find another alternative go with it because this is atrociousProperty Manager Responded

Rent goes up after 2 shootings take place!!
September 29, 2016There was a shooting here a few weeks ago the man was shot in the face and robbed . and after that there wasanother shooting. I guess this means rent goes up?!? This is 9/29/16 btw!! Dont move in people! Its not safe and the will screw you over!!Property Manager Responded

Terrible
August 14, 2016The place honestly seems great at first. However, there are roaches everywhere even if you are super clean, they dont even have a matinance staff which explains why nothing gets fixed, the plumbing is poor i have spray painted duct tape on my sink from them fixing it, and the only thing they stay on top of is collecting rent. They do have an exterminator but what they dont tell you is they use a out of state company so it takes at least a month to get your apt sprayed. Shooting will be ...experienced as well, the police are always chilling around the place for that reason. Don't move here if you have other options and especially not if you have children. If you absolutely have to move here sign a 6 month or less and be looking for another place asap.Property Manager Responded

Just enough to get by...
August 11, 2015Eagles' "Point" is dull. I have been here a year now and at first it was nice for what it was. Not the best neighborhood but nice apartment lay outs and it fit my budget at time. The staff is rude and unorganized. they do the bare minimum to fix anything from small maintenance issues to a divider fence that has been knocked down for 5 months?Property Manager Responded
