August 26, 2025I received keys on a Tuesday and moved in that Friday. Valerie and Jose have gone above and beyond to help get me in and settled. So far everything has gone pretty well. The complex is quiet for being right off a major highway, and the gates have always worked from what I’ve noticed. I feel pretty safe and comfortable in my new home and walking around the complex.Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2025Nice houses, quiet. Parking is hard to find after 6:30pm if you have more than 1 car. The gate break a lot but I do appreciate they get them fixed every time. Internet used to go out a lot but hasn’t in a while which is nice bc when the internet goes out you can’t open the gates to get in. Rent is getting pretty expensive especially since they don’t have any amenities but a small pool, bbq and 1 pickle ball court. I do like the location and not sharing a wall with a neighbor and I have my own ...fenced area.Property Manager Responded
