annoy everyone and use your horn. 4. Laundry is the worst Ive ever seen (its either flooded, out of service or plain out dirty. When you wash your clothes there it will not clean them properly. Residents informed me to use the Laundry mat down the street. 5. Main reason I moved here because I like the pool and I patiently waited for this pool to open. After speaking to residents, the Pool has not been open for years which is strange to me because someone comes weekly to clean the pool. 6. Occasional break ins into the mailbox. Make sure you are there when the mail man comes or you wont know if someone took your mail. 7. Property manger does not live on property. If you have a problem you will have to wait until they are done doing whatever they are doing. There is a new manager coming in when I was leaving but the previous never returned a call no matter what. It made getting help that much harder. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they are daredevils willing to push the limit. Also, the place is over priced. There is a lot more nicer apartments in the area for a lower rate and the ones at the same rate will get you a lot better than this and you wont have to pay for utilities which is higher and higher every month.
