Major Management issue
April 24, 2024 - Review from Apartments.com(Location) 5/5, you will not find any campus apartment that is this close to school. (General upkeep) 3.5/5 Maintenance staff is kind and attentive. Student assistants are also helpful. However the gym water fountain has been broken since 2022, with seemingly no intention of being fixed. (Management) 1/5 The General Manger is unprofessional and unhelpful. Management does little to nothing to assure safety of the residents. - In the case of a shared apartment, one person has to pick up the ...electric bill from OGE, and is then tasked with being reimbursed by the other tenants of their unit. If the other tenants pay late, or not at all, the most management will do will be to send passive aggressive emails to the other roommates. - In the case of your roommates having an unauthorized guest living in the apartment for over a week (and later over a month), combined with smoking indoors (both being large lease violations), the absolute most management will do will be again to send passive aggressive emails to the other roomate. If you ask the general manager if she can do anything further, you may be met with, verbatim, "Adults solve their own problems." Several other tenants have very similar stories, each with unprofessional quotes from the general manager. - In the case that there are REPEATED break-ins to vehicles in the garage over 6+ months, with at least 20 different tenants being victimized (that I personally know of), management will claim there are no cameras, and make absolutely no attempt to install cameras in the garage.Read More

February 15, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comWorst campus housing. All they care about is taking your rent money. Place stinks! Absolute no visitor parking and they will aggressively tow your car in order to get more of your money! Stay away
