Good neighborhood nice area nice apartments. But mangers are really bad. Micro management every 3 months they inspect every thing is refurbished and reused in their apartments. Pool is just to look at the minute you go in management on your back. Rent constantly goes up on the dot every year. Nice but not worth the hassle.

Lived here for a year and a half and very sad to have to relocate for work. The maintenance staff has always been attentive and respectful, and the apartments are fantastic. The grounds are always kept clean and the property manager goes out of her way to help whenever she can. Thank you Cambria Park Apartments! You will be missed!

I moved in here 2.5 years ago and I find this property clean and quiet; and it's management to very responsive. It became evident to me that the management had changed recently and the NEW Cambria apartments are a real value and its a lovely community for my family and I. I have recommended moving here to several of my friends. The hard part for my friends was waiting for an apartment to become available.
I suggest rather than relying on any reviews, that you should drive by Cambria apartments ...
anytime day or night and you will quickly see that my review is accurate.

These apts SUCK they don't have a playground they don't have Internet and the apts come with roches the managers are a BUTT don't move in here …
