Poor Management

The Rental Manager allows Renters to harrass other Renters and does not take the issue seriously. They allow people to leave garbage on their porch which attracts bugs. They just placed pesticide down with out warning. The is supposed to be pet friendly environment.

Former resident glad to be gone!!

I would not recommend living here. Maintenance requests literally took months to be resolved. I submitted a request for a wobbly staircase railway in October and it wasn't fixed until January. Management is awful. They have a lack of decency and respect toward residents. Parking situation was horrendous. Snow removal was awful. My stairway was once a sheet of complete ice at 8:00 in the morning. I barely made it up the steps to get to work. Apartment itself was decent but not well cleaned before ...
I moved in (Hair in drain, lint clogging drying machine, ect.) I am glad I no longer live there.
