Not a good neighborhood
July 23, 2020I would have loved to give this property a better review, but I just can't. It's not all the property's fault...some of it is. I will first, tell you that the management is good. They are serious about trying to keep the place in good shape. They aren't however, responsive at all when an email is sent to them to ask questions. You have to call them. The maintenance crew is always friendly and helpful. They make a point to know your name and will always greet you if they see you walking outside. ...The grounds are kept in good condition. They try to keep everything clean and fixed for everyone to use. Cons: The Jacuzzi is never in working order. The jets work, but it's never hot. It is known that kids (this property and other properties) frequently jump the fence into the pool area and cause damage. Cars fly in and out, creating dangerous conditions for the children, as there are a lot of small kids that play in the roadway in the complex. There is A LOT of crime. Police presence is a regular occurrence. There are thefts, burglaries, assaults, etc. All the time. I have seen police in our area nearly every day. That is not an exaggeration. Homeless are everywhere, and they cause problems. Drug deals are always going on (and no, it's not pot). Last, but not least. Excellent For the Price!!
February 24, 2020This complex is great. The grounds are well maintained, the laundry rooms are kept up, the apts are extremely nice inside and the staff.. well let me say that the staff goes above and beyond to fit your needs here. The maintenance crew are dedicated and their performance goes above and beyond their necessary duties. They are pleasant,extremely courteous and when you put in a work order it is often done the same day!! I think the entire staff here should be commended for a job well done. I ...personally do not live here but my daughter does and I am here everyday. If I were to rent, it would be here. I have been a property manager and also maintenance in the past.
