Lived here for nearly 2 years and the location is amazing. Supermarket and restaurants very close by. Very good for dogs and you dont need a car. Staff are great and very helpful.

I was so nervous about moving to Miami as I’ve never even visited before I moved but the staff Made it so easy and really helped me. Eve and Wasa Are amazing! Thank you for your help! The apartment is beautiful and so close to everything. You can walk practically everywhere which is nice as I don’t have a car.

The neighborhood is the best so many shops and restaurants and great nightlife. I love my apartment, lots of space and was recently renovated. The kitchen has lots of storage and walk in closets are big. I love that there is no carpet Anywhere too.

This apartment complex is a nightmare for residents. Take one look at the community page for the building and you will see how angry and unhappy the residents are. With continuous construction starting at as early as 8am on weekends, no pool, a makeshift gym and constant maintenance issues, I could not have had a worse experience at Camden. Although they have a construction addendum to our contract, the deadline has been consistently postponed for many months now due to their incompetency, yet ...
they still had the audacity to INCREASE our rent price. If they try to tell you that construction is almost complete, that is a blatant lie. It will not be complete for several months at the very least. To add to the experience, the leasing office employees (especially Lucy and Eve) have been hostile and rude to me before, and I received no apology for their behavior.
I repeat, by all means - DO NOT LIVE HERE.

A year ago, I was so excited to move in here. It looked like a dream -- newly renovated apartment with a pool view, super close to public transportation, and grocery stores. We moved in in July, the pool and gym closed for renovation in November. As of July 2019, it is still not open. Construction begins around 8am every day, including weekends, and is very loud. No compensation was given. Some aesthetic changes they have made in the building are just a headache (such as replacing the carpet ...
without telling anyone and opening up your door to caution tape and a floor of carpet glue or the dumbest paint job I've ever seen in the hallways). Since moving in, we've had three appliances replaced. The temporary gym is disgusting, filled with bugs, the floor is cracked from weights, and the majority of the cardio equipment doesn't work. Unless you go to the office to address situations, management will ignore emails regarding concerns. Rent went 16% despite all the issues and they have the audacity to ask why we don't want to renew our lease. Don't live here, seriously.

This has been the worst renting experience I have ever had. If you like being woken up at 8am on a saturday because they are doing construction on another unit this is definitely the place to be. The elevators break down every week and at one point 4 out of the 6 elevators were not working. Half of the electrical sockets in the apartments dont even work and they add on random charges to your bill whenever they feel like. The convenient location does not make up for all of the crap you will have ...

If you crave living in terror over being awakened from a dead sleep at 2, 3, nay! 4 a.m. by an air raid siren announcing yet another FALSE fire alarm, then do I have the snake-oil for you. Of course, this has only happened eight times in the three years of residence, so clearly I am a malcontent. The icing is the fact that for said three years, they have repeatedly stated that it is a faulty wire in the fire alarm system but apparently the ever-increasing rent they gouge from us doesn't cover ...
repairs.. nor the fines imposed by the fire department for constantly having to come on bogus calls, of which the trucks no longer even show up when this happens - this is not hyperbole.
Other than that, if you can even reach this mythical sound sleep, you are a better man than I considering the place is surrounded by bars and the dregs of drunk society that scream/rev unmuffled motors/get rowdy/blast raucous music any night/time, without an ounce of regard. Tenants who consistently leave their trash in the hall, finding it too hard to put it down the chute; throwing cigarettes over balconies; abiding no leash laws as every canine roams free to accost you in the elevators... that somehow always magically all go to the same floor so you have to wait forever & a day to get one... when they are not getting stuck... and pet waste in the halls/stairwells/elevators, puddles of urine directly outside the lobby & refusal to pick up after pets even for those that actually use the designated pet area. You may even get lucky enough to have a neighbor who fills the air with pot smoke or has their undisciplined child banging their headboard & screaming how they don't want to go to bed against your wall all night. A pool that is never heated but restricted in operating hours. Appliances & fixtures that are backwards. And a mail carrier who takes the mailroom hostage & will never allow you access to even drop off your mail in the outgoing chute.
And those are just the highlights, you don't want to miss out on this one.

Convenient and Comfortable City Living

Camden Brickell is comfortable and convenient city living. Within one block there are restaurants, shops, bar, fitness centers and a super market. The facilities are very nice, a huge pool and modern fitness center. The staff is very receptive to any problems and quick to fix them (with a smile on their face). The apartments are all modern and spacious! I believe this is one of the best value apartment complexes in the Brickell area, I would recommend the building to all my friends.

This apartment is great for the location it is in. You are right on top of everything brickell has to offer and you can walk to a lot. The amenities are nice and include a gym and pool. Since it is an apartment association you are able to submit work orders, pay rent and everything online, not like many of the privately owned condos around. I wanted to stay another year but they increased rent significantly and it was more than what is in the surrounding areas.

This is a great building located in the heart of brickell beacuse whenever you want to go during the day or night, you find night clubs, bars, stores, and even a Publix really close. Over here we enjoy the big pool and the gym that are always clean and neat. But what i think it makes this building very nice and enjoyable, its teh staff. I think they will treat like part of their family and they are always willing to help you.
