Not for everyone but perfect for the quiet clean type
April 23, 2021If you are a quiet person and want a clean, cozy, (can hear the birds chirping outside quite) then this is it! Everything just like the pictures and as described. Beautiful and scenic. Pool is smaller than what I thought, but still everything is beautiful! Just keep windows closed if you dont want pests entering in.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2018Love living here, what a great community and group of employees that work here, the assistant manager Alissa is a sweetheart and is always there when you need her, along with the manager crystal! Kyle the maintenance man, always has a smile on his face an always does and excellent job with informing us of issues or when problems are fixed. A home before our new home
November 9, 2017We have been residents of Camden Brushy Creek Apartment since May 2017. We drove down from Tacoma, WA area and chose these apts. through on line searching and then talking to their leasing office. After we had secured a very choice location, we had trouble finalizing the selling of our home. Camden worked with us as our move in date continued to move to the right. We finally arrived here and were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the property. The leasing staff has taken all necessary steps ...to accommodate my wife, our daughter and her German Shepard, and myself. The office is comprised of extremely pleasant and knowledgeable people. There always smiling face and and bottomless coffee area and TV make a great place to sit and relax. The facilities with a beautiful pool, bbqs, fitness center, and secured perimeter fence provide a very comfortable area for the residence to safely mingle and get to know one another, regardless of ages. The full time maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and have taken care of the few problems we have had in an expedited and efficient manner. They too bring a smile to your door. Everyone we have come in contact, whether at one of their many residence get together, around the pool, or just wandering around the premises, have brought a friendly disposition to Camden. We couldn’t have picked a better place to wait for our house to be finished Camden Apartments is strategically located next a freeway, the express train to downtown Austin, great access to fine homes of every price range, and shopping and restaurants. May 11, 2017Camden Brushy Creek has the best apartments in the Cedar Park/ North Austin area. Living here you truly feel like you belong to a community. All of the staff are amazing! They welcome any question or concern and are eager to help in any way possible. The maintenance team is excellent and thorough in keeping the property in great shape at all times. LOVE LOVE LOVE
September 12, 2016I am so happy with my apartment and the staff at Camden Brushy Creek. The staff, Alissa, Ashley, Crystal, and Devon, are amazing! I have never felt so safe, so comfortable, and, so at home in an apartment. The people are great, the pool, grounds, and sitting areas are well kept, and maintenance is amazing. The last thing I want to do is worry about upkeep when I am coming home from a long day, and I don't have to. I know that I and, especially my daughter, are safe here, and my daughter just ...adores the management. They are wonderful with her, as well. Great Choice for First Family Apartment
September 19, 2015After looking around for a new apartment for our expanding family, my boyfriend and I chose Camden at Brushy Creek. We loved the atmosphere of the entire complex- it's gated, kept VERY clean, super friendly office staff, a luxurious pool and amentities, and not to mention- was more than we thought we could get within our budget. We settled with the "Lantana" floor plan- a one bedroom with a built in desk area (it's the perfect size for our newborn son's nursery). It has the kitchen investors ...always dreamed of having- an island, granite counter tops, and a PANTRY (our last apartment didn't have this luxury). It also features really cool USB outlets in the kitchen island that charge my phone way faster than if I plug it into an actual outlet. Aside from the awesome apartment, I have to praise the awesome staff. Mikhal was super informative when we viewed the complex, answering every question without doubt. We had some trouble with our first month's rent payment (I blame the third-party company that deals with the apartment rent) and Alissa and the manager, Crystal, were very helpful in contacting who they needed to waive fees that could've been placed on top of our rent. Alissa was even sweet enough to ask about our son's birth when calling us about maintenance stopping by one day, which makes me feel like the staff is personal and caring for all their residents. Good value, beautiful apartments and property
September 12, 2015My husband and I have lived here for about 3 weeks, and we love it so far. We found the apartment online and signed into our lease without even seeing the apartment or the complex. We didn't even know where the complex was located prior to signing the lease, so I was nervous about what I would find when we arrived for the first time. But I was not disappointed! The pictures online were an accurate depiction of the property and amenities as well as the inside of our apartment. I rarely hear ...any significant noise from outside or coming through the walls. However, the people above us have young boys, and we often hear them running around upstairs. Parking is decent; we can usually find a spot directly in front of our door. Although our carpet was brand-new when we moved in, there were some fleas left over from the previous tenant. However, vacuuming well and often seems to have been a sufficient fix. Other than the fleas, we have seen no other bugs. On our first day in the apartment, we reported a broken electrical outlet cover, a broken window fixture, and a non-functioning garbage disposal. Within an hour, a maintenance lady was at our door. All issues were completely resolved within 2 days. just like family
August 13, 2015I have lived in these apartments for just over 5 years. They were so awesome when we were applying giving us discounts. We were new to Texas and it was our first experience dealing with such an important task as to where we wanted to make a home for my family. The grounds are always kept clean and landscaping is really pretty always making changes (improvements). The maintanance is alway on top of their game,very polite. The office staff treat my family and myself like we all are family. They ...make plans for parties and they are a lot of fun. I have resigned lease agreements twice since the initial move in lease term. Always for the longest term. missing my home
August 9, 2015camden @ brushy creek has and will always be my home. i was homeless before this due to a housefire and loss of my parents . my journey and struggles have lead me to camden and strive to have a place called home and a key to a front door. (9years over due to a major life changing experience) the ladies in the office have the best customer service ever received and very easy on the eyes. the grounds are supperb and extremely well kept.
