t is very unfortunate that we are going through this tremendous criminal activity, break ins, gun point burglary. the Camden management says that they decrease the gate closing time to reduce the tail gate and security patrol in the night, but these are not stopping the crimes happening in every day, we came to know about 5 break in in the past 2 months and more valuable personnel items are stolen, some of them are in the daylight.

Apartment breakins, car breakins, amazon parcels lost, vompulsory internet package and vallet trash and recent incident, people being held at gunpoint and robbed. Not safe at all. Help urself by NOT coming here.

Surely not recommended. Not feeling safe now a days. Too many robbery, car and front door break-in cases and no actions from community. No security cameras are placed. are too dark that helps burglar. Frankly no family safety. It is gated community and said it’s safe and highly highly priced. Move in is good but moving out is terrible. One of my friend charged for $600 for carpet replacement. And another $300 for cleaning.

Continuous Break-ins during Day & Night, At nights armed robbery happens in this place and very scary situation. Minimum weekly two break ins for sure. Its been scary to stay in this community and cant go outside all the day.

Terrible Front Office Staff

Lived at this apartment complex for a year and went through a complete nightmare experience with the front office and corporate staff of Camden. I was supposed to transfer from a 2 bedroom unit to a 3 bedroom unit. Everything was finalized, fees had been paid, the contract was put into place... but come to our knowledge 6 days prior to moving in, the current resident refused to leave our new unit. We were told time and time again that they had hopes she would leave because they were doing ...
everything they could but when it came to helping us find a solution they put everything on us...making it seem like it was our fault for their mistakes and errors of the unit not being ready for us to move into. They coincidently didn't have other 3 bedrooms available at this property to move in and when it came down to finding other Camden properties that had availability they put it all on us to get it done and pay more transfer fees. After 35 calls to corporate, we were finally contacted by them 2 days before the original move-in date. We politely asked corporate for some type of help in getting us into another Camden property or else we would be stuck homeless. Even with the knowledge of our situation they still were helpless and refused to give out any help or compensation for the lack of time they were putting in but were fully aware that we were taking a lot of time out of our workdays to ensure that we wouldn't be in a homeless situation. For a customer-focused and family-oriented company, it baffles us that they never offered a solution to our problem or even took care of us after we stated that we had movers already paid for, furniture being delivered with additional fees to switch locations, and much more money being involved into moving. It's completely sad to be leaving a property on this note and to furthermore just be told, I'm sorry when you're dealing with the livelihood of just not one person but 3! A good note, we eventually, found a new apartment outside of the Camden "family" before the original move-in date. All this to say, Camden is not what it entails on their website and does not own up to the errors that they consistently make. They strive on taking care of their residence but unfortunately, that did not apply to me (as a current resident at the time) for some reason. When you call the office or corporate be prepared to stay on the line for hours because the timeliness or urgency of your request frankly does not matter to them.

if you need something fixed, it gets fixed within hours of calling. they definitely don't mess around lol the apartments themselves are amazing as well, we've been here over a year and not a single cockroach either, if you're on the fence definitely come live here.
