Inconsistent Standards

All residents are not held to the same standards. They say you are not suppose to leave your trash bin outside after certain times but yet they allow certain residents to get away with this. If you are not a preferred resident you will be warned or fined. The preferred residents are allowed to break rules and complain about others with no ramifications. One thing that is consistent is the unfair treatment of non preferred residents. ** I’m not sure how to become a preferred resident maybe by ...

paying the staff or bringing them lunch or buying them drinks at happy hour. However it’s not worth it to live in this rodent invested community (thanks to my preferred neighbors).**

Good place for adults not so much for kids and teens

The people who work in the office view this place a business and not your home. Nice apartments and good buildings. But this place is not so good if you have any kids or teens. There is nothing in the neighborhood for kids to do. The pool is almost never in a good state And is always very cold. If u are at a computer and if you are not working they will ask u to move or leave. The movie room is not so good. U have to go to the office and they have to do everything but if they have customers your ...

Our staff is available 7 days a week, in addition to our 24-Hour Contact Center that can assist you outside of office hours. As discussed yesterday with your Mother, we truly value feedback and continuously work to improve our community. We are a multi-family community and do include amenities that tailor to a multi-family environment (activity room, theater room, pool with grills, etc.). While the pool is not heated, we do have various amenities that remain open past our normal business hours that many residents enjoy. Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences so that we can continue improving!

Great 15 Months

I just moved out after a 15 month lease and it was the most pleasant apartment experience I've had. The maintenance team and office staff were always attentive and friendly. The clubhouse, pool, and amenities were always in good condition (with a couple of pool closures, but never lasting more than a week). The only drawback was parking which is a common issue in a lot of apartment complexes. There were several available spots in the front of the complex, but tenants would park on side curbs ...

causing blind spots and blockage for other people, and it was never really addressed. I work nights, so coming home at 3am it was nice feeling safe with how well-lit the complex is at night. Thanks Camden!

You will not find parking at night and may have to park a quarter mile away and walk to your house. Neighbors are rude and will complain for everything. Extremely expensive not worth living there find a better apartment nearby.

Camden LaVina is the second best decision I've made in the last few months! I absolutely LOOOOOVE this community! The staff is attentive, courteous, extremely nice and the property is beautifully maintained! And it's quiet too, which is a huge plus! Moved to Florida one year ago. Moved into another complex which was less expensive, but in far worse shape. Camden LaVina is new, the buildings are new, and the management cares about its residents. I needed a parking space near my apartment and a handicapped space was painted within a week of,y request. Maintenance is wonderful, responding to most requests on the same day. Highly recommend both the apartments and the management.

Nothing in life is perfect, but these apartments are close to perfection. The staff are really kind here and make us; the resident feel welcome every time. The club house is great place to hang out since theres rooms for entertainment. Since I'm a student I stay at the club house to use the computers and to finish my homework/projects to keep my grades up. After that i head straight up to the game room and play video games with my study buddies. Everyone at school likes my apartment.
