Property/ Leasing Team Excellent ; App. Process murky
February 19, 2021The leasing team was excellent, responsive and professional at every turn. The property itself is well-situated, gorgeous, and asks reasonable rates (for DC). My gripe is with the application process. As is fairly common, I chose not to put all my eggs into one basket. By this I mean, I submitted multiple applications for different units in DC. After I chose to move forward with the leasing process at a different complex in DC, I discovered that Camden's $500 Admin Fee is non-refundable in the ...event that you are approved and choose not to move FW with making the Camden property your new home. I understand that property management companies need to protect themselves, but I also feel it is absolutely ridiculous to charge a $500 non-refundable fee for doing and providing literally nothing outside a standard and routine business request. Be warned, if you apply to a Camden property then change your mind, you will pay them for nothing.Property Manager Responded

Highly recommend this Apartment!!
September 23, 2020Moved from a Gables property and having lived in numerous apartment complex building over the years, I have to say I haven't been more satisfied than I have living here. Sure, everyone can have the qualms with little issues in the other reviews, but I haven't experienced any of that in the three months since I moved in. Staff are awesome, especially the concierge and set the right expectations and do a good job to communicate with residents. The location is great and already fair price for a ...great product. Amenities are top notch -- pool overlooking the skyline, what more could you want? Come home late on the weekend and you can't hear a thing through thick walls and double pane windows. Don't make your decision on a few reviews, think for yourself and take a tour. I am pleasantly satisfied. I would definitely recommend this area and Camden.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2020I have had a terrific experience living at Camden. My apartment feels and looks like a hotel. It's so chic and upscale and I feel luxurious in this space. The maintenance team is superb and go above and beyond in following up with requests in a timely manner and being pleasant in the process. Geoff and Duncan are really good at their job and are personable. The cleaning crew keeps the building so spotless that you would never guess how many dogs we have in our building. The leasing and management ...staff is attentive. I was out of town when 4 large boxes of books were delivered to my home. Say what?! After getting my permission to enter my apartment, the staff hauled all of the boxes to my apartment. They went above and beyond as far as customer service. They absolutely the best and keeps everything running smoothly. The amenities are so beautiful, the rooftop view is to die for. The virtual lounge is my escape especially during this time. I cannot express enough how well they have handled the current climate, residents are also respectful and can be seen wearing their masks. Overall great neighborhood. Dog pee, weed smoke, unresponsive management: The Camden experience
August 20, 2020The apartments are stylish and well-designed. But the building management is horrible. They are disinterested and unresponsive. Building cleanliness and upkeep are pitiful. Walk each floor and look at the patterns of dog pee stains that line the hallway carpet. Smell the marijuana smoke that fills the air--which will eventually make its way into your apartment all day and night. When management responds that it's not its responsibility to enforce its own no-smoking policy, you'll be ...wondering why you chose to live here. Very Impressed
July 4, 2020I recently visited Camden NoMa and was impressed with the buildings and grounds. Everything was beautifully maintained and very inviting. And it is in a fabulous location - a short walk to many DC attractions. There were various amenities to enjoy from swimming to virtual sports. Great property in DC
June 29, 2020Let me start by saying that I’ve lived in a lot of different apartment complexes throughout the DMV. But I’ve never been more impressed than I was when I toured Camden NoMa. When I finally made the commitment to move into the city, I was unsure about the experience I was embarking on. But I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of Camden NoMa. The service you reserve from the leasing team and maintenance team is superior to anything I’ve experienced, at any apartment complex. Unfortunately, I ...had to move out of the district, but I stayed with Camden. I still like Camden, and have recommended it to all my friends.
