The leasing team was excellent, responsive and professional at every turn. The property itself is well-situated, gorgeous, and asks reasonable rates (for DC). My gripe is with the application process. As is fairly common, I chose not to put all my eggs into one basket. By this I mean, I submitted multiple applications for different units in DC. event that you are approved and choose not to move FW with making the Camden property your new home.
I understand that property management companies need to protect themselves, but I also feel it is absolutely ridiculous to charge a $500 non-refundable fee for doing and providing literally nothing outside a standard and routine business request. Be warned, if you apply to a Camden property then change your mind, you will pay them for nothing.
