July 1, 2020I have lived here for over 3 years now and can say that these are the most well kept and best managed apartments in the area. The amenities are always clean and make you feel like you are living in a resort. The staff is always so nice and attentive to my needs and requests. Best intro to West Coast
March 4, 2020Making the move from Washington DC, my fiance and I could not have been happier with the assist we got from the Old Creek team. They could not have made our transition any easier. The property is amazing with how quiet it is and location to so many shops. You are a 10 minute ride to the beach, but at the same time you get the scenic view of California hills. Best place to live!!
October 10, 2018I have rented and lived at Camden Old Creek for 1 year now and I just recently renewed my lease as well. I can honestly say that it is the best place I have ever lived in. I can also say that I have experienced the best customer service while living here at Camden. It starts with the front office personnel. Amy, Stacey, Tina and Anna (The Queen Bee). They are the nicest ladies and the most helpful as well. They’re polite and concerned and are always willing to make sure that the residents at ...Camden Old Creek have the most enjoyable experience while living here. They make you feel like you’re part of a big family here and they always make it feel like home. Of course I have to mention the maintenance staff as well. Carlos and his staff are also very nice, courteous and very expedient when it comes to maintaining the property and taking care of the tenants needs. Camden is one of the cleanest, and most meticulously maintained properties that I have ever seen. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe and family friendly community. Great for Temporary Living
September 23, 2015There are more pluses than minuses for Camden Creek. The pluses include no last month deposit, ample parking, pet friendly atmosphere, daily maintenance, and location. July 21, 2015I've lived here a little over a year now... love it!! Staff in the office is so friendly, the maintanence crew is awesome. It's always clean, quiet, never had any problems!
