We have lived here three years. The property is beautiful! The maintenance staff members are amazing. David and his entire crew are prompt, professional, and always friendly. We cannot say enough about how much we appreciate them! The non-smoking policy is unable to be enforced. Unless the office staff observes the smoker, nothing can be done. We observe and report smoking in our unit. I have personally spoken to the people I see smoking and have reported to the office numerous occasions since ...

the policy began. Nothing can be done. The gorgeous pool attracts people at all hours of the evening. The pool is open, by policy, until 10:00 p.m. However, groups find their way into the pool on quite a regular basis. We have unit with the balcony facing the beautiful pond and pool area. The view is amazing and, of course, we can see everything including people jumping over the fence often to gain access and open the locked gate for their friends. The noise wakes us up at night and the only thing that can be done is to call the Camden after hours phone number. They then connect you to the sheriff dispatch. You then must agree to meet with an officer. This is all in the middle of the night and quite disruptive when you need to be up early for work. So, for potential renters...I would advise requesting a building far away from the pool and also spend time around the building to observe if there are smokers in the building before signing the lease.

I’m currently looking for a new apartment and every Camden I’ve visited has been very nice. The staff is always informative and they answered every question I had. One of my favorite things though is they are non smoking. That alone is reason enough to live here. My tour guide Connor was probably the best part of it though. Very professional, took the time. To show me the whole community. I am still making my decision but this place is in my top 5.

Living at Camden Royal Palms is the best choice I made. The grounds are always well-kept and clean. The apartments are spacious and well-designed. The maintenance requests are fulfilled immediately. Office personnel are very professional and friendly, making me always feel welcome. The amenities are outstanding, here. I love the feeling of privacy and peacefulness, and the tenants are respectful to each other. This is the ideal place to live, and the surrounding beauty is magnificent.

I had to find and move into an apartment in 10 days. Camden Royal Palms was the last of 12 apartment complexes I looked at. I felt at home. The people in the front office are always welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I have a beautiful apartment. Any service I need in my apartment is quickly attended to. The complex is always clean. My building is quiet. I have my trash picked up at my door which is wonderful! We have great amenities and we are close to everything. I've been here ...

I love it. From the staff to the neighbors. Everyone is friendly, so it makes the experience even better. Before I moved in I decided to do a tour. The staff showed me a number of apartments and explained how they run things there. I really like the monthly gathering events to introduce people. The community is very clean, and doget friendly. The bark park is really nice you don't have to worry about little land minds like I've experienced in pass apartments. Parking is very nice and especially ...

if you have guests over. Another nice thing to add is you don't have to worry about loud obnoxious people outside. There's a quiet time that runs from 10pm till morning. If for some reason you are bothered you can call the 24 hr security to help you out. I haven't had to. Also, the maintenance team is wonderful is something is wrong they're right on it within 24hrs or sooner. I love this place.

Camden royal palms is an extremely friendly community. The front office is very helpful with all our needs. The community is very clean and pet friendly, which has been a huge help as a dog owner. I am very fond of the apartment set up. I have a one bedroom apartment that is set up perfect for my needs. The only downfall is the price. My one bedroom apartment is $1,000/month (not including electric and water) and is extremely difficult to afford as a college student.
