I have a great relationship with the front staff , Particularly Katie :) and maintenance always takes care of my issue within 24 hrs. Thank you Guillermo! I have zero complaints about this apartment complex and I’ve already been here a full month.

I currently live here. I am not happy at all. Neighbors are noisy, peoples cars are always getting broken into or scratched. There were teens camping out in the community gym. They are threatening to tow my car when I live here and pay rent every month. The maintenance is second hand maintenance. Dogs poop everywhere and owners don’t pick up after them. The offices attention to detail and fixing these problems is so underwhelming. Definitely happy to be leaving at the end of my lease.

Don't waste your money

I currently live here and I am counting down the days for my lease to be over so I can move. Touring the apartments of course was great and seemed appealing at the time. First week here the light bulbs in the track lights and bathrooms went out. So we called they came and fixed the lights within the next day or two. Maybe a week later the door knob to my daughters bedroom slid off and she was stuck in there. So we called they came the next day and fixed the door knob. The fridge squeals at night ...

and day off and on. We reported that and was told they couldn't fix that. Bulbs keep going out every other week and "we aren't supposed to change them ourselves." The walls and floor are paper thin so you can hear when someone is talking, watching tv, vacuuming. Really anything, so there's no privacy. The sink clogged up and filled with brown nasty water. We called the office and the water went down but we could still smell the water just hanging in the piping. They showed up and since the water went down some they said, "we can't do anything if there's not issue." Even though I told him the smell is there and that the water is just sitting there. He didn't believe there was anything wrong. So my husband and myself tried a few things to make it go away. It continues to come back and then we try to make it go away again. Our neighbors have the same issue with the piping. A plumber was upstairs from us for hours snaking the pipes at 9:00 at night. The sound was so loud our 3 year old was scared to go to bed. The people in the complex drive very fast in the parking lot so be cautious when walking around. The gates break pretty much every week. This place falls apart. I wouldn't waste your money. Go some where and get your money's worth.

After having a roommate for several months. It was now time to fine my own apartment. The apartment is lovely, but where is my hook-up, sorry all apartment do not have a washer and dryer hook-up. Also the couple upstair have two large dogs that are very loud, but he is an police officer.

This is the perfect location for south Austin because it is very close to Southpark Meadows and is still growing in businesses. You are also near IH-35 but could easily take Mopac. The apartments are nice but they can be noisy at times. There are two large pools to take advantage of and a dog park. However, you won't find a nice balcony for your morning coffee.

I moved to Camden in Nov of 2014 & have been pleasantly surprised by the up keep & attention given by the leasing office. Anytime I've placed a service request, they have been very diligent about handling the request right away. The office manger & employees always make themselves available to speak with & that has made us very comfortable living here. Camden is a great apartment to live at in south Austin. They have two pools and gyms. They also have a dog park you can take your furbabies to that is leashless. The matienance team is very nice and helpful.
