I've been living here a while now and I love it! It is safe and the staff is excellent. I sent a request at lunch time to have two things fixed in my bathroom, and they took care of it before I got home! My energy company totally messed up and the apartment staff has really worked hard to help me sort things out.

My daughter and grand daughter feel safe here, we love the pet park for our dog and the pool is amazing, we really love coming home to a peace place. You won't regret it living here. I have been living at Camden Spring Creek for 10 months. The community looks nice; the buildings look new; the lawn is well maintained; the apartments are spacious and bright inside. The location is very convenient. The staff is nice and the maintenance requests are handled promptly. Neighbors are friendly. But why I only give it 3 stars? When I moved in, the carpets were full of pet hair (white hair about 3 inches long) and there were ants in bathrooms. I reported it to the office and they ...
offered steaming vacuum but it's not efficient to remove pet hair at all. I kept vacuuming everyday with powerful dyson and it took me almost 2 weeks to get rid of most of the pet hair. For the ants, the pest control comes every Thursday so you have to wait. They came to drop some ant-bait. It seemed to work at first. The ants were gone after 2 days but appeared again every 2 to 3 weeks; it’s just endless and gets worse when summer comes. I tried to track them down to see whether I can block their entrance, but almost every wave comes from a different entrance, inside the socket, up of the door flame, between the bath tap and the wall, between the tiles, every crack can be an entrance. Another terrible pest problem is wasp. So many wasps are flying around since summer began. 4 wasp nests have been removed from our balcony, and they are building more right after the old ones are removed, I just gave up the balcony. Before I moved here, I lived in an apartment at 77098 for 6 years, never had any pest problem.
And probably because there are vast area of wild woods to the west and south of this community, there are many wild things around. Eagles are resting on roofs. Geckos are everywhere and some other lizards are seen too. Mantises are seen and I saw a snake by the west gate. Frogs and toads are frequently seen when it’s raining, a lot of them are killed by cars and their dead bodies remain on the roads for several days. In humid summer days, the frogs in the neighboring wild area are making very loud noise all night long. So if you have sleeping problems, don’t pick apartment in building 1, 13 and 14. Noise from I-45 is not a big problem if all windows are shut but the train whistles are somewhat annoying at night.

My one bedroom apartment is spacious and well laid out. The white walls and light colored carpet make it seems even larger. I like the storage spaces provided including a closet for outdoor stuff off of the patio. Appliances and AC system work well. Possible improvements include: (1) Extend "wood style" kitchen flooring into eating area, (2) Upgrade to programmable thermostat, (3) Facilitate recycling.

My Family and I were a bit nervous about living in an apartment complex as we had never done it. After checking out several properties we decided on Camden Springs and have enjoyed every minute of it. The location is perfect. The Woodlands mall and everything The Woodlands has to offer is literally minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, and hospital are minutes away. It's also right off of I45 and the Hardy Toll Rd entrance giving us quick access to Houston. What we loved the most ...
about living here was the fact that it didn't feel like we lived in an apartment complex. We felt like we lived in house. The apartments are very beautiful and spacious, the amenities are great, and the other residents are very friendly. They are constantly adding and upgrading different areas of the complex to make it even more enjoyable. They are also constantly having events for the tenants to enjoy. You can tell they care.

The front desk is extremely helpful and maintenance is speedy and on point. They even came out to my apartment to fix our A/C at 2AM one time! I have previously lived in 3 different apartments and this one is the best by far. I live in a 2 bedroom unit and it is ridiculously spacious. My friends always comment on how nice this place is. Camden Spring Creek is a really great place to live. I have lived here for almost 2 years and really can't think of 1 thing I don't like. The grounds are kept clean. The pool is awesome and well kept. The one thing that I can really appreciate is the maintenance, every time I've had an issue weather it's a backed up drain of a wash machine malfunction the maintenance has responded within an hour and resolved the issue. The people in the front office are very professional also

Overall this is a great complex, the office and maintenance staff are friendly and the complex is clean. Negatives -rent increase year over year is insane. You will pay a deposit and monthly pet rent and you STILL have to pay a fee to gain entry to the bark park (which is tiny and should be an included amenity) out of principle I refused to pay this. The pool is nice but two pools would be nicer considering the cost of living (a lap pool would be nice for the back of the complex) or even a ...
