A Genuinely Great Experience

I absolutely loved my stay at Camden Stockbridge Apartments! When I first transitioned to apartment living, I was very skeptical and unsure. Brynn and the rest of the Camden Staff made my new start as an emptynester a very good experience. What I loved most is that every time I had a concerned it was addressed timely. They showed great concerned for the safety of the residents by putting real safety solutuons in place. I have truly enjoyed the resident appreciation events-movie on the lawn, paint ...

and sip, resident appreciation breakfasts etc.. Do not go by anything negative said. I learned during my stay that you have to experience being there for yourself. Not all the time will things be perfect but I so appreciate how quickly the staff was to respond and correct situations we as residents brought to their attention. Thanks guys! I will truly miss being a part of the Camden Community.

I just moved in about a week ago. The staff in the office were very professional and friendly. They were also well organized and had everything ready for me. They have been helpful and always available when I have had questions, etc. The grounds are clean and well kept and is everything the pictures portrayed. So far I am very pleased with my decision to move in here.

Management at this property is superb. Their attentiveness to resident concerns, mine in particular have an average response time within the same day. Greg the Maintenance manager and his crew are always polite and address any issues that arise in a timely manner. When a part needed to repair my air-conditioner unit was not in stock because of overwhelming demand, Greg like all of the staff on hand at Camden Stockbridge communicated with me about the problem, took steps to temporarily remedy ...

the problem with a stand-alone system (that kept my family cool throughout the day), and personally came over the next day and fixed the main A/C unit. That's not the end! The following day after the unit was fixed, I came home to a surprise that has had an everlasting impression on me and pushed me to believe that the employees at Camden really do care for their residents like no other. The office staff (Bryn-Assistant property manager) left a personal note in tandem with maintenance re-checking the temperature of the air blowing out of my vents just to make sure the unit had been properly fixed. The note was left on my dinner table and expressed management's utmost commitment to me and my family's happiness and apologizing for my air-conditioner unit going out. Awesome maintenance crew that maintains the cleanest apartment community in Stockbridge and the kindest, most helpful, and communicative office staff of any apartment community I have ever stayed at. Kudos to Camden

This apartment is more than a place of residence, it is a home. After my divorce, I was looking for a place that was in a nice community, and contain certain amenaties that would be appealing to my two kids. My boys who are 6 and 8 years of ages came with me to view the apartment complex. They were very excited to see the unit and the ammentaties - which included a football field, baseball field, basketball and tennis court. My kids are very active and participate in all of the ...

aforementioned sports. So, they were trilled. The staff here are wonderful and professional. This is a great place to live and I enjoy the community.

Knowing and seeing that their landscaping, clubhouse and pool area is immaculate I expected more from Camden. On the day of move-in my unit was visibly dirty (eg., kitchen floor, dishwasher, tub, tile) and they had to have a maid come out the next day. The next day I noticed that the countertop had scratches every where from the previous tenant not using a cutting board and the counter had a large chipped/missing piece. There were two removable stains on the carpet, which makes me wonder if they ...

cleaned it between tenants, and two paint stains that they did not attempt to remove. I just wonder how such visible imperfections passed a move-in inspection!

The staff in the Camden Stockbridge office are excellent, very helpful and friendly. They seem to genuinely care about their residents. I will say we have had some bug trouble, but they are quick to send the exterminator, that's really just a side effect of the area. The pool is lovely and neighbors are all friendly!

I like how the apartment complex does things to try to get the tenants involved with various activities. I also like how there is a social site for residents to interact with each other, in the area of posting recipes, trying to notify others of ways to earn extra income, sell goods and request other needs such as babysitting. I think it is important for people to be aware of their surroundings and the people around them, and I think Camden Stockbridge tries to help initiate that.

I work long hours so the valet trash pick up is helpful. Not only that but the grounds are well maintained and the fact that it's greed keeps the community quiet and safe.
