I just moved in to my apartment and so far I am glad I made the choice! From the first time I visited I had a warm greeting from all the office staff. My apartment is well laid out and the rent comes with internet! When I first moved in I did need something fixed in my apartment and maintenance (I forget his name but was very friendly) he was there in minutes and fixed the issue immediately!
The pool is my new favorite location in Florida very different from Idaho. There is a grocery store ...
across street very handy and the complex is surrounded by a Starbucks and a great pizza place.
I'm looking forward to being here for a while!

I haven't lived here very long yet, but it's a great place. The staff is wonderful! I worked with Stephanie and from the day when I came to look at the apartment to move-in, she was very attentive, helpful, and patient with all my questions! Move-in was easy and the apartment was SO clean. That was really appreciated. The apartment and amenities are really nice. So far the complex seems really quiet, too, and I see the maintenance staff out everyday cleaning up the area. Before hurricane Matthew ...
arrived, the staff were all very in touch with residents through emails and flyers on the door about what they were doing to prepare and what residents should do in the event of hurricane damage. The neighborhood seems great. There's a publix, CVS, 24 hour starbucks, and chickfila all right here. It's super close to Disney- the apartments in the back can probably see the fireworks! It's just a great place and in a really convenient location.

Camden has been my home now for 3 years! I absolutely love this area of town (right behind a 24hr Starbucks) right on 192 across from Celebration. The fact that they are super pet friendly and the staff here are always so nice and caring. The pool is beautiful, the 24hr Gym has got top notch equipment. The apartments are larger then most and with newer appliance. I love the fact that from my balcony I can watch the Epcot fireworks. So happy to call this place my home!!

Camden has a number of really great amenities that I feel lucky to have access to. The gym is well maintained, always clean, is air conditioned and well kept. The business center and indoor facilities are very nice and well maintained. The pool area is relaxing, nice, and they take good care of maintaining the pool and grills. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious. We rent a one room, central, layout, and are very happy with not only our price (which includes cable and wireless ...
internet) but also how spacious it is. Two of us have plenty of room to be together and then separate in our apartment. They are quick to take care of any maintenance issues (we have only had minimal ones such as changing the air conditioner filter, light bulb changes, etc.) and the maintenance crew is always pleasant. We are expecting to renew our lease!

We absolutely love our apartment community! The grounds are clean and beautiful. There is a gorgeous pool and fantastic work out facility on-site. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Plus, we love our location. We’re close enough to the city to enjoy its amenities but we are far enough away to feel like we have our own little piece of quiet where we can escape the bustle if wanted. We really can’t say enough great things about where we live!

Located near celebration the community is gated and very nice. There is a pool, car wash and dog park. Only problem is really cost. Our next lease is at 1302$ for a 1b-1b 740sqft. The office staff is friendly and maintenance crew works well.
