Great with getting back to me in a timely manner. Great maintenance employees. Never delayed unless part beeds to be ordered. Tad pricey but worth thd amenities. Hate that there is not a ceiling light in the living room.

I got me a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment for $675 a month. Nice spot. It's one of 5 floor plans offered. Water, trash, cable, and one covered parking spot are included in the rent. Complex is well landscaped and groomed accordingly. Has 3 swimming pools. One of the pools is heated in the winter. A fully equipped gym is open 24 hours a day. 2 sand volleyball courts, 1 doggy park, laundry facilities, and a clubhouse also round off the other amenities. I've been living at this apartment for over a year, and I really enjoy it for what I need. It's cozy, water's free, and there's plenty of closet space. It's conveniently located nearby a laundry facility, high school and a gas station, the neighborhood and staff is friendly and considerate, and the layout of the apartment is consistent and is designed to help you immediately plan where you want your furniture to be located. The staff is also quick to respond to suggestions, complaints, and ...

emergencies should you have any. If there are any downsides to living here, lack of washer/dryer connections for one-bedroom apartments aside, it's that there are no pets ever to be allowed. The price is around $500 and is fair for low-income families, which is the norm in Brownwood. It's works for what you need, and you get what you pay for. Highly recommended, especially if you're new to Brownwood!
