There is a current rodent issue in some of the ground floor apartments. I had to move because of this.

I love living here!

It may not be the most updated apartment complex around, but it's cozy. The layouts are great, the closet space is amazing, and the staff are just wonderful. It's nice and quiet and the people in the complex are friendly. My roommate and I haven't had any issues with load noises, rude people, ants, etc. It's great to finally be living in a place where we feel safe and comfortable and where we know the staff on a personal level. Rent is comparable to other complexes and parking isn't a problem so ...
that is a big plus! There's the Roxy Theater just across the street along with restaurants, a gas station, and small businesses. I would absolutely recommend living here.

Camino Ruiz: a good place to live for an average price.

There are many apartments in Camarillo, but most of them are clustered together in a complex deeper in town. Camino Ruiz sits within a neighborhood of houses, right off the Santa Rosa road exit from the 101 freeway, at the end of the grade. Camino Ruiz is a smaller, newer, well-kept community with a pool, green space, and plenty of plants and trees. If you're looking for a nice place to live in Camarillo for an affordable price, you should definitely check out Camino Ruiz apartments.
