September 2, 2025Campus Court is a complex that sits on the center of the block between 53rd and 54th on Harper Avenue. The landscaping is beautiful. The units are private and peaceful. DO NOT LIVE HERE
May 24, 2025Hi, I’m a current resident of campus court apartments. I’ve lived here for almost a year and it’s been nothing but a horrible experience. This building is very old and has a ton of issues. Since living here I’ve had over 20 work orders for my place. Since moving in August of 2024 I’ve had a fire from a faulty oven, very bad mice issues, handles breaking, paint chipping, water leaking from the ceiling, black mold forming in my windows, bug issues and more.There’s is a huge pest problem is this ...apartment. Especially mice (no matter how clean you keep your place). There’s a huge roach problem in the basement especially in the laundry room. The management is absolutely horrible. Don’t except anyone to be in the office if you need assistance. Also, don’t expect anyone to pick up the phone to answer your questions or concerns, you will get sent straight to the customer service line. I’ve never had so many issues in an apartment. Yes the area of the place is beautiful and the apartment has great charm but I would not recommend anyone living here. I can’t wait to end my lease.Property Manager Responded
