It’s a nice and quiet community. Very convenient for campus. I love my neighbors and the staff members are pretty chill.
But the apartment complex itself needs renovation or a better maintenance. Pool is non-existent. Printer always out of ink. When we moved in, the apartment was dirty with broken blinds, water damage, damaged floor tiles, etc. I don’t mind a lot of these, but some of these were safety hazards.

The neighborhood is quiet and my apartment is spacious. They always answer my concerns in a timely manner and they are so helpful inside the office. I enjoy coming home everyday and my dog loves the dog park as well!

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff at Campus Edge! They made my move-in experience smooth and even helped me renew my lease with a better deal. The amenities are perfect for students and families on a budget, and I love how nicely renovated the apartments are. I can see myself sticking around here for a long time. It has taken a long time for repairs to be done and if they are done are half the time iffy or look bad. Get what you pay for cheap rent cheap customer service

I have really been enjoying living here. Maintenance is great, whenever I have an issue they fix it quickly and with ease. Also, the staff is kind and understanding, it’s close to my school, and the price of rent is fair. I really do love it here. The apartments are the perfect size for 1-2 people.

I’ve been living here for a while, and I love it! The complex is nice, well-maintained, and quiet, which makes it a perfect place to relax after a long day.
The management team is friendly and responsive – any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Plus, the location is super convenient, with shops, restaurants, and KSU all within walking distance.

My apartment was not move in ready( door is rotting away, broken fridge drawers, missing kitchen drawer, no closet doors, towel rod of the wall, toilet paper rod poorly installed, wall not patched properly or painted properly the list goes on and on) and the amenities are not ready for new residents as well as trash is littered everywhere across the property
