help you. Maintenance can be hit or miss. You have to leave an Message on the emergency line to get a response. I just talked to a follow tenant that has been without A/C for 3 weeks. You can’t have chairs to sit on outside, plants, or an outside grill. Just an FYI. You must lock your car every night, ours have been broken into multiple times as have many of our fellow tenants. Management won’t put in cameras and I put a light bulb in myself at the laundry room door to make it feel safer at night. Sometimes apartments are empty and homeless people break into them and camp out until they are found. Basically it is cheap if you have to live here, but you probably won’t be happy. We have lived here multiple leases (no ones fault but our own, but continual rental history just looks good on us so) and nothing has changed for the better, so don’t hope that is a possibility.
