I lived at Campus View Apartments for three years and had a very positive experience. The community is calm, safe, and very quiet, which made it a comfortable place to live. The apartments were always clean, and the rent was very reasonable.
One of the best aspects of living there was the management and staff. They were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Whenever I requested a repair or maintenance, it was handled very quickly. I also appreciated that there was no rent increase during the ...

Lived in a 3 bed 1.5 bath for almost 2 years with a full family, and great environment for a family! Staff and owners are beyond great, ensuring maintenance is taken care of promptly. They are very understanding and cooperative. Also perfect location to WVU stadium, grocery stores and gym! We were so sad to have to leave!

I entered my apartment about a month ago and I haven’t slept one night. I have a neighbor above me with a dog that starts barking at 1 or 2 AM. Every night they open the balcony for the dog and s/he will be running out barking so loudly at people at very late night. It freaks me out and prevents from sleeping almost every night. I wrote a note to them and the management got pissed that anything such that they should deal with it themselves but I haven’t experienced any change since I spoke to the ...
management, indeed it gets worse and worse. I just got in and my wife hasn’t even joined me and I already want to run away. I can’t wait for my lease to end, I won’t be renewing!!
I like how the place looks and I like that the maintenance tries super hard to solve any issue asap plus the management so far are very nice people. However, people pay to rest. Nobody will be happy to be in a place to be freaked out every night at 2 AM.

I have had a wonderful experience living at my Campus View apartment. The rental process was easy, the girls in the office answered every question and made suggestions on what would work best for my needs. My apartment was clean and I feel very safe. The properties are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. I feel a real since of community, everyone is very friendly.

I don’t understand the poor reviews. I’ve lived in a small 1 bedroom for a year and they have always been very helpful in the office and maintenance wise and it’s both quiet and clean here! Due to this I’m moving to a larger one soon and staying with them. It is hard to find rental companies you can trust in Morgantown and I finally found one that you can. As a Morgantown native who has rented all over town and also in different parts of the country I recommend them and I’m picky!
