Absolute horrible managment. Dog poop INSIDE of building , smushed into carpets. Smells of pee , alcohol and cigarettes all throughout building.

After living here for nearly two weeks I already want to leave. let's start with move-in it was hectic and we all moved in on the same day at nearly the same time. Next the noise if your upstairs neighbor stomps around you can hear them from your room. Next there are quite hours which the complex itself will not adhere too. According to my lease quiet hours are between 10pm-7am on weekdays but you still have music blaring from people's balconies during those hours and 'courtesy patrol' will do ...

absolutely nothing about it. If you want a good night's sleep you should go anywhere else.

Ever since I moved down to Chattanooga over 3 years ago not only has Douglas Heights been the place to be, but THE place to live. I moved in once I first got to Chattanooga for a year and enjoyed the amenities and location but the staff wasn’t always the best. Due to this, I moved somewhere else but found myself back a year later because there was a change in ownership. Ever since, the joy has remained with amenities and the convenient location, but the new staff has made me love living here ...

every day due to their rapid responses to maintenance requests and lively and welcoming office environment. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and I will continue to enjoy living here!

Iv lived here for the last 4 years and I have seen the property change hands and staff come and go. The staff currently running douglas heights is the best iv had in my time here. The property is maintained as well as it can be with how college students take care of things. Overall a great experience and a good place to live.

Takes weeks to get things fixed, dirty, gave wrong keys for room and mailbox at move in, moved us in with torn up furniture (was reported on condition sheet), have rescheduled inspection 3 times now, stopped sending me emails (have visited office 3 times for this), and had a boot put on my car for not having a tiny sticker in the corner of my windshield I was never given, even with the parking pass hanging in the window and the fact that I pay $40 a month to park in the garage, and had to pay ...

$200 to remove the boot, choose one of the 100 better complexes around here my biggest regret in moving to Chatt was staying here.

Unfortunately we were not able to replace all damaged furniture due to what was ordered to what ended up being damaged throughout the year. However, having that listed on your condition sheet will prevent you from being charged for damages to the couch that were there when you moved in. Very convenient location. I am a UTC student and this place is perfect for students. You do not have to pay for campus parking passes because you can just walk to classes. Another plus is that this place is full furnished. Its very hard to find places that are fully furnished.
