I strongly advise against living in this building. Despite initial appearances, the reality is far from appealing. The management company consistently fails to uphold basic living standards, demonstrating a lack of competence in addressing necessary repairs and maintenance. purported requirement for Canfield stickers, numerous vehicles without them occupy the residential parking area, particularly on weekends, due to a complete lack of towing enforcement. The constant barrage of spam emails from management, approximately 30-40 per month, detailing building issues, is both excessive and indicative of their inability to resolve problems effectively. Finally, the frequent private parties held in the lobby, where residents must navigate through intoxicated and disruptive individuals, is entirely unacceptable, especially after enduring long workdays.
