The staff - leasing office, cleaning, and maintenance - are very nice and professional. I am impressed at how frequent the premises are cleaned. The people who live in the community are pleasant. October 18, 2024It has been a pleasant experience and I have no issues anymore regarding this community. Maintenance were amazing and they complete their task in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the service they provided whenever I needed it. As for other admin requests such as parking issues, some has been resolved and some still there and I see it everyday. Not just parking for residents, but there is ample guest parking throughout the neighborhood and in front of the actual building, a fair amount of elevators, a very nice pet park and overall it’s an awesome neighborhood.
