The units themselves are nice, however the price went up $150 after my first year and are now majorly overpriced for what you’re getting. Added onto rent is a required trash service fee, which they sometimes come to collect and sometimes “forget” your door so your trash is sitting in the hallway for over a day and makes the hallway stink. The property used to have nice landscaping but have since changed companies and dogs trash the grass so it does not look nice anymore. Management does not ...
respond to your emails/concerns, new maintenance guys are ok, community feel is not there, it is a loud complex with dogs barking and loud cars at night. Decent place but poor management and overpriced. Would not recommend this place or any other BH management properties.
