Haven't seen no tennis court or basketball court. Been here 6 years. Can't say I have any problems with anything. I think they should hang the basketball hoop back up though. But I've come to love it out here. I have a two bedroom and just love it. Rent is decent for what they offer. The staff is friendly 99% of the time but we all have bad days. I'd have to say that these are the best place in all of Jackson to love, considering the other apartments in town. But all in all, I really love it out ...

here. The only thing I'd change is carpets to tile or wood floors. But that's just me. I hate carpet. Lol

Poorly made apartments, trashy and disgusting grounds, unprofessional and very negative staff, unreliable maintenance, poor waste disposal methods, and prices wayyyyyyy to high for the awful experience. Best things are the proximity to an expressway and to the city, the things that have nothing to do with the place.

Amazingly Spacious One Bedroom!!!

I absolutely love that my living room is extremely spacious and that I have a giant covered balcony (big enough that I can hang a hammock on!) right off of it!!! My walk-in closet is a girls dream come true! The Office and Maintenance Staff is also wonderful and very helpful. The pool, fitness center, and grounds are very well up-kept and there are large grassy areas as well as a dog park, which is great for my large dog!

It's beautiful everything is white and clean, it's two bedrooms two bathrooms and nice kitchen and considering the creepy neighborhood this is actually a great apartment I love my home but it's expansive!! But worth it!!!
