August 1, 2024The management is in shambles, they promised me a specific rate and then changed that rate after I moved in saying there was nothing they could do to fix it. This complex looks good from the outside but the hot tub and pool are always dirty and they don’t enforce the rules about unaccompanied children. They partnered with a new parking company that collects a bunch of personal information and if you don’t want to share that info with a third party you have to park on the street.Review from Apartments.com

Poor Resident Management
June 22, 2021It is relatively cheap for a reason. The Canyon Club Apartment is NOT a smoke-free community and they don't deal with drifting marijuana smoke from your neighbor either. If you complain about your neighbor smoking marijuana to the management company, they will NOT do anything. If you can tolerate secondhand smoke and marijuana, then this is a great place to live in.Property Manager Responded

Honest truth
September 15, 2015Great people that manage the area. The new renovated places look amazing and highly recommend moving into one of those apartments. Other than that if you have one of the older places that are not renovated you will have many problems such as ants, mold and many other problems.
