This place claims to be pet friendly but they are NOT!!!
On our first day here, in the middle of moving in our stuff we get called about a complaint that our dogs are barking and told if we get another complaint there would be a fine. THIS WAS THE FIRST DAY. A week later we get another complaint that our dogs were barking and it could be heard in the office. We were located directly behind the office. Of course they can hear dogs barking. We had a camera and told them the animals were barking
...for less then 2 minutes but they said one more complaint and we would be kicked out. This made us so paranoid and scared. Later on when some work needed to be done in our apartment, they called and asked if they could come in while we weren’t home. We told them know due to our dogs being in the house and we weren’t there. The office attendant stated they will come another day but that are dogs SHOULD BE KENNELED when we aren’t home. ARE YOU SERIOUS, my animals should be kenneled for 8 plus hours a day while we are working We ended up having to change our whole schedule and drop my dogs off at our families house when we were gone, so we wouldn’t get kicked out of our apartment. Also the grounds aren’t well taken care of as well as a filthy car in the car port next to ours that was just sitting there, yet the lease stated we could not store cars in the port
