New management company sucks!
October 7, 2022The last company was better & had wonderful, kind, understanding people. The new people are rude, the so-called head of maintenance has a big boulder on his shoulder & is very rude & full of himself. No notices have gone out for any changes, like laundry room hours, office hours, etc… no empathy for cost of living problems, no help with the assistance application, where the previous people were more than happy to help with the process & help making sure the application was done & delivered to the ...right place. November 1, 2021My living here hasnt always been that great but with our most recent management team, things have been running smoothly. Our concerns and needs are addressed. Our recent maintenance team has also been great. They come out in a timely manner when we need anything looked at or fixed. My kids love Tom! Also our neighbors are all to themselves. December 7, 2020Things have definitely improved here compared when we first moved in. We didnt have that option of being able to move out at that time, but glad we stayed because things changed for the better. Communication with management is done in a timely manner, and Im able to go to them any time during open hours, and if theyre not open, an email is answered within 24hrs. Maintenance is very quick in response. The gym area is now completely functional and very clean and organized. This place can be even ...better if everyone living here would do their part, in being a good citizen and in keeping their area clean.Property Manager Responded
