I have been living here the past two years & feel so safe here. All of the neighbors are friendly, welcoming, & helpful. The property is well maintained & our property manager always ensures everything is running smoothly. When theres a problem, its solved immediately. Thank you Capistrano for being my home!

These apartments look nothing like this. They've been renovated and look a thousand times better than pictured. The landscaping is beautiful, the neighbors are all quiet, and the apartments are spacious. The location is great too. They're close the outlet malls and all major shopping stores. The apartment manager, Laurie is amazing as well. I give these apartments 5 stars.
