Amazing office and maintenance team
April 24, 2026I’ve had a generally good experience living at Caprock Apartments. The location is convenient, with easy access to main roads, shopping, and restaurants, which makes day-to-day life pretty simple. The community itself is fairly quiet, and I’ve felt comfortable living here. The grounds are usually kept clean, and maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable amount of time. The staff has been helpful overall, especially when it comes to addressing issues or answering questions. The apartments ...are decent for the price, Some units could use updates, and depending on where you’re located in the complex, parking can be a bit tight at times. Peaceful, friendly, and accessible
April 22, 2026I’ve been having a wonderful experience at Caprock for over 3 years. The apartment community feels quiet, calm and well-maintained with a relaxed atmosphere, especially "big green" trees, which I love. Also, what really stands out to me is the staff and management team. They’re beyond nice and friendly in my experience. Anytime I’ve needed help, they’ve been quick response and supportive with careful consideration. Another thing I love is the location. It's easy to access to the main street ...(Mesa) and I-10. April 16, 2026I've been a resident for over 10 years here and I wouldn't want it any different! I came here initially for their spacious floor plans and green landscape! Caprock has beautiful big trees along with grassy lawns that make the entire area so cozy and inviting. If you're a good tenant, that's respectful of their neighbors, this is the place for you! Shop around to compare
December 8, 2025I lived at Caprock for 16 months. I was told prior to moving in that the hot tub would be fixed. The hob tub never worked the entire 16 months, with no signs of being repaired anytime soon. The parking area is tight, if you have a larger vehicle, it’s very tight. The complex always has water and drainage issues. Expect to have water shutoff at least once a month. I never had cold water in summer months ( pipes not buried deep enough, or run alongside the hot lines.) I’ll give the overworked ...maintenance crew credit for keeping up with routine things such as landscaping and keeping the grounds clean. The buildings are old and need constant repairs. Month to month leases after the expired term, increase $200 per month from your current rent. Overall, if you’re on a budget, it’s not a terrible place to live.
