never got fixed plus getting charged for pest control when our apartment was infested with roaches after we would call and ask when they would come (which documents stated every 3 months) but they never took care of the issue another thing is our ac unit,it went out twice the first time it was out for about a week which we called the day it went out and was told that someone would go later that day to check it out no one ever went and they would say someone would go the following day and the following day came and went and the issue never got taken cared of until we threatened to have someone go look at it, the second time it went out they sent someone the same day and it got taken cared of with no issue. We were also told we can pay our deposit through rhino which didn't start until 2 months after I signed up and put my card info on there is when they started with drawing money, after I moved out I did say for them to take what they needed to for the damages that happened while I was there (blind damage) and I would like the rest refuned back which they said they couldn't do because rhino was not part of their company which they advertised in the beginning was and would get refunded. They also said my lease was for a year turns out it was only for 6 months which was not what I filled out in the application for the apartment. All in all terrible experience.
