Miserable
January 27, 2026My stay here.....always Gas was leaking here. Finally lease ended and I was out of here. Worst management . No manners. No professionalism. They are not concerned about your issues, I would not recommend any body. although location is pretty good on Broad street.Review from Apartments.com
Bad experience

Horrible
October 28, 2022I lived here for 3 months. I was getting bit up in my apartment, and the exterminator couldn't even figure out what was biting me. I was told I would have to pay 4 months rent to break my lease. I would have paid 5 months just to get out of that apartment.Property Manager Responded

Terrible apartments
August 23, 2021I still live there for now but they are very slow on repairs, if they even repair anything. Trash everywhere because they took out all the trash bins for a centralized compactor that hasn’t worked yet. The front office is trifling, won’t answer the phone and want to argue over the simplest of things. I tried to get a 2 day guest pass for parking and they won’t even do that. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

False statements
July 15, 2021When ever I call them they say they have apartments available for lease, they tell we can come and look at the apartment . Once we reach there they say there are no apartments available . This is the third time we were experience this!!! Don't Move Here
May 9, 2017This is the worst apartment complex we have ever lived in. We've only been here for a year and 10 months and we've have more problems than anywhere else we've ever lived. Our gas water heater broke twice, causing us to have to vacate our apartment both times. The toilet in our master bedroom hasn't worked since we moved in, despite numerous calls to maintenance. More recently, the ceiling in our bedroom collapsed while we were sleeping in bed because of a crack we told them about 4 months ago ...that they never fixed. I wouldn't suggest anyone move her until the do some serious work to their units and not the patch job they seem to think is okay.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad bad bad.
August 24, 2016I live in the Cardinals and the apartment Has leaks everywhere. The sink is always broken.they come fix it and two or three days later is broken again. The bathtub also leaks...tha AIR CONDITIONING IS ALWAYS having trouble. I am not the only one all of my neighbors. Has the same complains. Dont move to the Cardinals!!!!!!!
