Terrible Management

While we had wonderful relationships with the other tenants and neighbors in the area, the management is what made us move out. Move here if you enjoy having your apartment entered with less than proper notice claiming "emergency" when there was no fire or flood. Move here if you like having management group text you and everyone in the building after 10pm threatening to increase various charges due to COVID-related work-from-home water-use increases that they blame on tenants improperly doing ...

various tasks. Move here if you want to have the lawn never mowed and weeds that are three feet tall. Then, during the move-out walk-through, after you've had the apartment professionally cleaned, including the carpets, being told it's not good enough, even if you offer to make the suggested improvements.

Incredibly unfavorable management

The property management company changed in 2018. Prior to 2018, the previous management company was responsive and pleasant to work with. Once the new management company took over, every thing became more difficult. I had a maintenance request that took approximately a month to be addressed. I would not recommend anyone renting from the current management company.
