If you're considering renting here, specifically room 337 save yourself the time and money because living in a box would be better than this place. If you enjoy cold showers, then by all means, go ahead. Oh, wait, never mind, you can't even do that since there were over 30 instances of water shut-offs in 2022. Oh, and did I mention the homeless people sleeping naked in the halls that reek of weed? On top of all that, you'll be spending roughly 30% or more of your rent on "allocated" utilities. During the winter storm in 2022, the pipes burst, and management failed to shut off the water, leaving us with the bill even though it wasn't in our unit. There have been multiple robberies in the parking lot, and the security is a complete joke. As for the washer and dryer, don't even bother. You'll have to find a coin laundry because there's no way you're doing laundry here.
I honestly don't know how they have the audacity to give tours to people without feeling embarrassed.
