About three Sundays ago, made complaint about loud noise below me again and marijuana coming through my air vents and landlord text me that same day and said she's breaking the lease and want me off the property in 30 days! All I wanted is a place of quiet enjoyment of my apartment. Because, I don't smoke marijuana and allow neighbor to make loud noise below me I am evicted per text. Neither of these issues are attempted to be resolved so I'm seeking legal assistance about these issues landlord refuse to resolve. I'm on a year lease.
