I have been very interested in this property for about a week. I have called and called to go view it. I finally got ahold of Margot who I was told is in charge of renting a unit, we scheduled an appointment for 1:30 Saturday because I have work M-F until 5 pm. She never showed up. I waited and I called the property management and they asked for my phone and email and said that they would let her know. I have not heard back. I'm really disappointed I have not been able to view the property ...
because I was SO INTERESTED in renting. Sadly I just haven't had the chance.
UPDATE: I eventually received a call from Margot (I had to contact another agent with the company just to get a call back) - got no apology of standing me up for the appointment, she didn't even mention it or give an excuse as to why when I brought it up. She was curt and rude. All she said was "okay well when do you want to see it." I chose not to pursue the complex because of her lack of professionalism and carelessness. She then sent many emails asking when I'd want to see it because she had another person interested. I decided they could rent it and deal with the terrible management. I found a lovely place with an amazing management company elsewhere!

Great Neighborhood

We had been looking for the place to live in close to the central area since we are new to Dallas, and we finally found the one for us. Good affordable price apartment with new appliances after the renovations in the last winter!! I think it is not like a luxury apartment with amenities, but I love it at this price point.

Wow! Based on the old reviews, I wasn't sure about this property. However, after seeing the property and talking with some of the other tenants, I was informed that the property had undergone management and owner change in the last year along with a renovation. This property looks new inside and out! It seems like all of the previous issues have been fixed, because I was very surprised at how great the property looked. I love the area (so many restaurants and cool places to go), and I am excited ...

I was a little nervous to check this place out based on the previous reviews but I didn't get that vibe when I came with the leasing girl. Looks like the folks that live there enjoy it because there was a guy about to cook up a little something something on the grill. I can't wait. Moving in on November 1st.

Went by to view these apartments and they look great from the outside, but one of the tenants has mentioned that there are alot of plumbing issues there and electrical. Dont waste your time or money, go somewhere. Don't be fooled.

The management changed things have gone from bad to the worse possible situation ever. There are roof issues, foundation issues, rats, roaches, the upstairs bathrooms in the 2 bed/2bath units have faulty showers so you'll have a small bathroom connected to one of the bedrooms where the shower doesn't work due to past flooding into downstairs units. There were no boards under the kitchen sink cabinets (meaning chipping/rotting wood and holes), so rats/mice got in. There is mold in the bathroom and ...
AC units. The management was quickly changed and now things are even worse. The new management is extremely rude and unprofessional. They have workers come to the complex to fix the floors that have fallen in on the bottom units (yes the foundation actually gave way and then the occupants were told to leave instead of being compensated). The workers will turn off water, electricity, heated water, etc without notice. When the new management is contacted, they don't answer, or return calls. Code enforcement has been contacted and nothing has been done to resolve issues. Recently, they started posting eviction notices on tenants' doors informing us that we have only about two weeks until eviction (even after paying rent on time). I have never been more depressed and stressed living in a place. These people are vultures and really only want your money, but will do nothing to make sure they treat their tenants like humans. You cannot control the temperature of your apartment because they try to cut corners and control everything from just two AC units (we found out they only would use one of the main units in a further effort to be cheap and not have to properly and efficiently condition the apartments). So they expected us to stay in our apartments until May with no A/C. Yes, from Feb-May with no A/C. Finally enough people complained and they budged after over a month with no A/C. They charge way too much for deplorable living conditions. Please take your money and business elsewhere.
