Living on the end unit is a nightmare! Doors don’t face the parking lot and there’s no security camera coverage on my doors. Packages are stolen or taken to the wrong door, no one can ever find my place. Not a single sign pointing that it’s behind another townhome.
Windows are junk. Mine rattles which means there is a gap…bringing my electric bill up. Maintenance cleared my work order when I put it in. Nothing done about rattling window in my living room. Sounds like someone is pounding on it if ...

People park like idiots and no one does anything about it. Fire lanes? Parked in, full.
Small parking lot drive where two cars can barely go past each other and people park on the curbs usually partly on the sidewalk instead of a parking spot a few feet away. People come flying around corners and intersections. There are no stop or yield signs in sight! Can’t even stop to get my mail because so many people park on the curb who live right there. It’s a mess. Pay the little extra money for a safer area than South Lansing.
