This apartment complex has some great features BUT for how much they are trying to charge to new renters I like to inform any potential applicants of some things. First, tenants do not have control of the a/c or heater. The complex has an old boiler/chiller system. That means if the weather changes and becomes unexpectedly hot or cold you must have fans or portable heaters. Additionally the system breaks down every summer and we are without a/c for a few days. Do not expect a fancy washer/dryer ...

RENTER BEWARE!!!

The management will not fix anything here. The front door to the complex has been broken for over a month now and they will ignore your requests for pest control. The roach issue is so bad that you cant even cook here. They have removed recycling and have cut trash pickup in half to once every two weeks. Not to mention they only use one dumpster for the entire complex. This place is disgusting and they are even raising the rent. Also you cant have anything delivered here because your packages ...

will get stolen from the people they hire to do whatever it is they pretend to do.
