October 6, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments and building are nice. The location is great. However management has consistently ignored service requests. The online portal is like a black box and you get confirmations that the requests have been logged but no follow up. Calls are not returned. Ongoing construction in the lobby indicates that labor to complete the work is not the issue.
