Constant issues with things breaking. Everything is aging here, and they do not like to spend money replacing things. The "rehabbed" unit is cheaply put together. A true "landlord special", the cheapest material and the cheapest labor makes it look like a 12 year old child rehabbed the unit. They don't check anything before you move in, I had a leak under the bathroom sink, no hot water, no cable/internet hookups coming out of the walls, dishwasher didn't work, the back door didn't latch, wasp ...
nests above the door, paint peeling off the front door, disgusting amounts of painted-over dust on the air vents, little to no water pressure, dirt coming from the bathroom faucet, and I may have missed a few. Nothing is luxury, don't be fooled lol. Beware before you commit to moving here.
