Cockroach infested - brand new 1 year old building
September 1, 2025No pest control provided and cockroaches are everywhere. Management doesn't address or resolve any issues reported. When issues are reported they are immediately tagged as resolved, however, no action has been taken. This is a new building possibly still under builder's warranty, and occupied with tenants for 1 year, yet construction deficiencies remain. What is described in listing is not what is provided in regard to amenities such as parking and fitness room. Very limited parking. No parking ...spots available.
