Must be honest I enjoyed living here at 1st, but the last couple of years have not been good. Terrible maintenance(have to call them multiple times and they will rig the problem not fix) I pay for parking(the price I pay other properties would give you a garage) $50 is way too much, and I have had people just park in my space leaving me no where to park. What use to be a very clean property now has people with giant holes in there fences and abandoned cars. Management really needs to enforce ...

If you like security then you're at the right place. This apartment complex has 24 hrs. security for the tenants, security camera at both entrance of the gates (need access code) to enter. Security not only walk the property but lived on the property as well. Well lighted, with covered parking for tenants and visitors. Trash pickup done daily, loud music is not allowed at all from tenants and visitors as well. Nice well kept pool on both side of the complex South side and North side, washateria ...

The apartment services rendered by the staff are very cordial, the staff and manager are polite and they respond quickly to your problem even on weekends. My apartment complex is in a great area with all the places you could ever think of, for instant it is on two bus lines, near two grocery stores, banks, cleaners, and several fast food places along with Fitness gyms and good restaurants too. There are three schools in this area as well, two Elementary and one High School that is near a Post Office and Police Station as well. Beside having a Washateria on site that is opened 24 hrs to its tenants, they also have washer/dryer connection too. ...
