Los apartamentos son un asco, se esta callendo a pedasos, nunca hay agua, luz, aire acondicionado o calefacción, las personas q atienden wl lugar son muy groceras y siempre tratan de cobrarte extra, I ventan cobros te roban dinero, y nunca te arreglan nada, te amenazan con cortar tu contrato de la nada pero cuando quieres romperlo se rehusan a dejarte ir, pesima gerencia, no hay nada de amabilidad o decencia humana en ellos solo roban tu dinero, en verdad el peor lugar q he rentado!

It's the worst apartment complex we have ever lived in.
Management is terrible, one day you dont have water, other days you have no electricity, and if you have water or electricity there's no AC? There's always something that's wrong or out.
It takes them months LITERAL months to fix any maintenance requests and they do it badly.
Im serious, look elsewhere, its not worth it
But if you still do it, when all this bad things happen to you, remember my review. You will regret living here.

don't do it you will regret living here, the new management is really bad, constant leaks. No ac for so long. They just do a quick fix if they fix something and not even a day later same problems. Management is very unprofessional. There is poop all over and the cats everywhere it's horrible. The smell from the sewer makes you sick. And the apartments look nothing like they show in the pictures. There is trash all over the place and the laundry mat smells all the time and water everywhere. They ...
fired the previous management and hired the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with. There are much better places around that you can afford, save your time and money.

Avoid renting here, plumbing doesn't work at all, neither the A/C, molted bathtubs and leaking ceilings no maintinance in within a month and constant change of companies that each wants to spend less and less on maintinance employees. Dont get tangled in this mess

First of all, The apartments in person look nothing like the pictures seen online. It super messy on the outside and on the inside nothing was together. Counters wasn’t painted right, the cabinets were falling apart, uneven flooring. It looked TERRIBLE. Me and my husband was super disappointed when we went on a tour. They don’t even take time to clean up the outside of the facility.

The girls are super rude, and they give you the apartment in poor condition. I live in a two-room, two-bathroom apartment, but it is very small. I have been paying $400 in services plus rent for two months when there are only two people living there from Monday to Friday and the bills are in super arrears. My neighbor, who lives with two kids and his wife, paid $600 just for the water service, and the girls at the office didn't want to resolve anything.

Summer: Multiple AC and power issues at least once a month. Slow maintenance on air conditioning repair. Power issues solved quickly, but that is delegated by the city anyways
Winter: No more AC issues because it's off. Interior inspection attempts by management in order to presumably add the last expense to the books. Inspections fails, because of no notices. ...
Occurrence of one inspection that didn't happened because well it was on a holiday (Veterans Day). Mind they didn't even say it was canceled. Management does an exterior inspection without notice. Sends maintenance to fix broken blinds without notice, maintenance attempts to enter without approval of resident, or notice. Maintenance, are nice individuals, but their managers are something else.

In honesty, the apartments look nice on the inside. For what you pay it is a good price. But that's it. The management team is horrendous. In other locations I am used a rather more professional management team, to whom are able to work with almost any individual. For these apartments and subsidiaries that are managed by them, this is not the case. Needy inspections have only one day to complete. No option to schedule meetings for inspections. No notices for times for needed maintenance, due to ...
the inspection. This is the most concerning one as it seems that maintenance can and will just waltz into an apartment to complete the maintenance without contacting the tenant. Which causes a violation privacy for the tenants and quite honestly breaks their lease agreement. (But dont tell them that or they will get in fit.) It's just a mess, as this team cannot, organize and manage an apartment complex.
