Water Shut
January 29, 2020Casa Bella Apt has Water Shut for about 1 hour/week. It happens when the residents need water most. At least they send you a message *5 minutes* before they shut the water. You can not cook or use the bathroom. The staff (office) has no respect for residents.Review from Apartments.com
! Negligence about abandoned cars !
October 5, 2019There have been cars left abandoned for over 3 months that nothing has been done about!!! It has been brought to management’s attention numerous times and there are not even any notices that have been placed on the cars! It is ridiculous! They are taking up the first come first served covered parking spaces, collecting dust and one of them doesn’t even have a license plate! It easily could have been stolen and then abandoned here at Casa Bella apartments!!!Property Manager Responded

Pleasant place to live
April 17, 2017I have been here for about a month and a half and love it. I have a great view of green grass and trees. The people who live here are generally friendly. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. I had two small maintenance concerns after I moved in and they were taken care of immediately. I have not had a roach problem. (I keep it clean.) Stores, restaurants, churches, post office and library are in immediate walking distance. The floors are wooden (except in the bedroom) so they are easy ...to keep clean. The pools are kept in clean condition. The business center is comfortable. The washers/dryers work very well. In the evening security walks by to ensure safety, without being intrusive. They are putting a new playground in. The workout center/gym is modern and kept clean. Microwaves are included and mine has been working very well. I am very satisfied here!Property Manager Responded

Roaches, Rats, and poor maintenance
February 3, 2017Who ever rates these apartments 4-5 stars on here, are the worst liers on the face of this earth, or they get paid to write good reviews, idk... but I will tell you this much, this place deserves a 1 star. I will give them one star because the outside is kept clean and grass trimmed and nice palm trees in all and pools are always clean. but the buildings are completely roach infested. Even since I moved in it has been infested and after a ton of sparys and smoke bombs from pest control, they ...still run all over the walls, bathrooms, and kitchen. You seriously can not bring family or friends over and the feeling of being hulmiliated by people seeing these roaches crawling all over the place. Lets not talk about the rats that are also living inside the walls. I caught 8 of them with a mouse trap in one week. Finally the maintenance of a lot of the property is poor. I can not blame the maintenance staff because they do work hard, but management is cheap and lazy to act without a care in the world. Our front gates almost never work and my car has been keys twice, I have been stuck in the elevator and had to call Tucson Fire Rescue to get me out. September 24, 2015I have been living at Casa Bella Apts for about two years now and I Love it here. The office staff is really nice and the maintance guys are good at their job and nice to. The view from my apartment is really pertty, its really dont look like if I live in the desert. Very green grass, trees every were. Its like Oasis.
