Decent. Could be better.
August 9, 2022A decent place and a mediocre location. That's about it. Too many tenants have multiple vehicles and take up all available spaces. Drive down the alley and look around you'll see tons of cars with cobwebs and junk in the beds of trucks. The management should consider a parking permit for all locations on the property (aka the alley wall). 2 stars for having Fiber as an option for internet and a mobile app to pay rent/utilities.Review from Apartments.com
Poorly Maintained
March 7, 2020Manager and daughter-in-law are very rude. Charges late charge when the first day if the month falls on a weekend and her office is closed. Doesn’t want you going to her door. Doesn’t respond to my request for pest control extermination. Roaches ! Place is on the line from being inhabitable. Grass is I leveled causing a huge liabilityReview from Apartments.com
